Exterior Design | Architectural Visualizations | Corporate Identity
Strand- und Landhaus is a residential project that explores the relationship between contemporary living, landscape, and regional identity. The development consists of two complementary buildings: the Strandhaus, inspired by a relaxed lakeside atmosphere with large openings toward the surrounding landscape, and the Landhaus, which references Rhenish architectural traditions through its pitched roof, brick façade, and carefully detailed metal elements. Together, they create a dialogue between modern residential architecture and village context.
My contribution to the project focused on exterior design, architectural visualization, and the development of the marketing framework. I translated the architectural concept into a coherent exterior language, emphasizing materials, proportions, and façade details that highlight the distinct character of both buildings while forming a unified ensemble.
In addition, I created a series of visualizations and the overall communication concept for the project, including the narrative and visual language used on the website and in promotional materials. The aim was to present the architectural qualities of the development through a clear and compelling story that connects design, place, and lifestyle.
